Orchids of Iceland: Coralroot Orchid (not in Ireland), Lesser Twayblade, Small-white Orchid & Frog Orchid. All 4 were abundant around Vatnajökull National Park, Skaftafell (21/05/25 - 30/05/25). 

Missing from this photo set are the Heath Spotted Orchid and Common Twayblade, both common in Ireland whereas the latter is a rarity in Iceland. The Northern Green Orchid was the one I really wanted to see but it wasn't in bloom yet; and that's a fine excuse for this photographer to revisit Iceland at some stage ...
