Delivery & Returns policy
We aim to despatch all standard orders within 1 working day. Lead times for pre-ordered items should be specified on their product pages. If your order contains a pre-ordered item, we will despatch the entire order together once the pre-ordered item is ready.
We use An Post to deliver to Ireland. Post & packaging is currently set at 6 Euro for up to 2kg of items.
In the interest of simplicity and to keep costs and prices as reasonable as possible for all products, we use a standardise rate for packing and delivery.
Packaging
Sustainability is at the core of our business and source biodegradable plastic-free packaging wherever possible. We will continue to monitor and improve our efforts in this area, especially the use of bubble wrap which is currently being reused from the photo frames packaging.
Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at info@desktopimages.ie. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at info@desktopimages.ie.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom
products or special orders. Please get in touch if you have
questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
